My wife and I had a superb purchasing experience with Future Ford Lincoln Mercury of Concord.  The Dettlingers Geoff and Berger were very instrumental in making our choice and over-all buying experience smooth and pleasurable.  I have since recommended this dealership to my co-workers and family for future vehicle buying.  Sandy was so helpful and she had the professional customer service attitude that one always wants.  Our experience in buying our new car with Future Ford Lincoln Mercury of Concord was so pleasant; everyone in the dealership was courteous and attentive to our questions.  I bought my 2005 F150 in another dealership (Diablo Ford of Pittsburg) night and day compared to Future Ford.  In fact we are planning on purchasing our 2011 Ford Edge Limited Edition at Future Ford, and not buy it in our new residence in Houston Texas.  That is how much we appreciate the outstanding customer service and honesty that Future Ford extended to us in our recent purchase.  All we can say is, keep up the fantastic work and may GOD Bless Future Ford and all its staff with success.  (July 2010)

"Impressed with Service and Professionalism"

Just bought a 2008 Ford Edge recently and was very impressed with the service and professionalism.  I was expecting aggressive and pushy sales persons and was surprised to deal with very patient, assertive, and friendly staff members.

Alex A. was my sales guy and though he was young, he was very friendly and professional.  He was very resourceful and never made me feel pressured.  There was a minor issue when I test drove that day and when i returned a week after I bought the car, Alex kept me reassured during the 2 hour wait.  Other staff members made sure that I was kept informed about the status of my car and Alex addressed some other concerns that I had.  I had questions about my navigation system, he not only activated it for me, but did a thorough demonstration for me on how to use it and am grateful for his patience.

His finance rep, Phillip, too was very patient, friendly and professional.

I recommend not only buying a Ford, but also buying from Future Ford of Concord because of the quality of their products and staff! (July 2010)

First off, I would like to say that I've been to every Dealership selling my car in the Bay in the past month and no one treated me and my sister the best than the people at Future Ford.

Most car dealers make you feel uneasy like they are criminals. Peter Von Disterlo made us feel welcomed and was excited to have our business. He was very honest about the cars he had and gave me a great deal on a 2007 SRT8. my dream car. Big Pete had two versions of the car on the lot and told me a little about the previous owners, which no other dealer other places EVER did. I was very impressed and will definitely go back and recommend Future Ford to anyone. He made the financing portion of the delivery easy and headache free. He even gave me and my sister popcorn and refreshments while we waited.  (July 2010)
