Impressed with Service and ProfessionalismJust
bought a 2008 Ford Edge recently and was very impressed with the
service and professionalism. I was expecting aggressive and pushy sales
persons and was surprised to deal with very patient, assertive, and
friendly staff members.

A. was my sales guy and though he was young, he was very friendly and
professional. He was very resourceful and never made me feel
pressured. There was a minor issue when I test drove that day and when i
returned a week after I bought the car, Alex kept me reassured during
the 2 hour wait. Other staff members made sure that I was kept informed
about the status of my car and Alex addressed some other concerns that I
had. I had questions about my navigation system, he not only activated
it for me, but did a thorough demonstration for me on how to use it and
am grateful for his patience.
His finance rep, Phillip, too was very patient, friendly and professional.
I
recommend not only buying a Ford, but also buying from Future Ford of
Concord because of the quality of their products and staff!
