Incredibly disappointed with the service department at Future Ford of Concord. I called ahead to schedule an urgent oil change for my 2023 Bronco Raptor and was given a confirmed appointment. It took me over 30 minutes to drive to the dealership, only to be made to wait another 30 minutes in the service drive before I was even addressed.
When someone finally did speak to me, they bluntly stated they couldn't see me today—despite my scheduled appointment. They offered absolutely zero apologies, provided no alternative solutions, and essentially told me to 'figure it out' myself.

Dinhonest finance guys. We went in with a pre-approval from Capital One. They told us that we 'had' to fill in their own paperwork and that this was standard. They told us they would run our credit one time and would then attach that to the pre-approval. Instead they took their own initiative to 'shop around' for loans resulting in 5 hard inquiries on my credit. Told me some story that Capital One was not good as they took 6 months to pay up. Lied about only one credit pull, lied about lending process, coerced into signing forms we didnt want to.
There are good things and some bad things.
We flew in from Colorado to buy a vehicle. Their pre-process communication is okay. It could use some work. Because they didn't get back to us sooner, the flight into the area went up significantly in cost from what it was.
However, the communication regarding the loan process was good. They worked to get it under contract so it was reserved for us.
The communication about how it works from California to Colorado could be better, but I fault that on the confusing nature of how California works.

Uneducated dealers! Talked to two people and neither knew about the trim levels of the Navigators or Expeditions. Their display Expedition had a dead battery for weeks! Hello, fix it! Sales person made me (and my newborn baby) wait forever while he “pulled a car around”, 1/2 hour later it shows up and turns out to be the managers that was SO beat up! it was a trashed demo car that was WAY overpriced (new ones for the price at Fairfield dealership!). Horrible service & horrible cars!
I was in the process of buying a vehicle remotely from the internet sales division. During the process of financing and buying the vehicle I asked the sales person to verify what items were on the van. I was buying this van for construction work and need a tow pkg for my trailer. I discovered that they were falsely advertising a factory tow package that wasn't included with the vehicle. I asked for them to install that option since it was advertised and they refused. I went and purchased a Ford Explorer for my wife which I was told was all wheel drive. I had full conversation with the sales rep about the benefits of a 4 wheel drive in the snow.
Turns out the guy had lied to me or didn’t know it was on a two wheel drive. I went back and told them just to sell me a brand new car and put everything I paid for the original towards the new one. I worked with both Randy and Linda and they were both really great! I got a 30k check up and Linda made sure I was seen at my appointment time and made my check out super fast and easy, and Randy took great care of my car, and even washed it for me after! I love this location and definitely won’t have my work done anywhere else!
Brought car in for dead battery warranty and deep sleep notification. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. Was kept up to date with progress of work. Great experience.

Worst experience so far, horrible customer service I believe in second chances but I have given them a 5 and a 6th chance and every time they prove me right on how bad they treat their customers, I have been to Toyota, Nissan and other Ford service departments and this is is by far the worst. Take the extra time to drive to another service department because they probably would do better and know exactly how to take care of your car. Outstanding experience servicing my Lincoln. Kevin is awesome and I had the best experience compared to the other brands I owned before. If you need a sedan go for a Lincoln Continental, the quality, comfort and reliability is excellent. Also Future Ford /Lincoln really tries hard to provide a great level of service. I will buy my next car here. The service department is open on Saturday.

They arranged transportation from airport. I was impressed with the delivery and presentation of my vehicle. Finance made the experience fast and easy. Tim in parts was knowledgeable and very frienfly
I had a scheduled appointment for normal maintenance that was handled by Brad when I arrived. I wanted to wait for the vehicle but Brad indicated that it would take about 2.5hours. Brad authorized a Lyft ride back home for me. A couple of hours later I received a call from him that the vehicle was ready but if I could wait another hour to pick up, he would have my vehicle washed. Now this is what I call customer service and I will keep coming back to Future Ford in Concord.
This dealership is everything that is good about customer service! I have bought a total of five cars, trucks and a SUV! I keep going to them because they are wonderful to work with and the customer service is the best. That's my reason for being a loyal customer.
The sales persons are very knowledgeable on Lincoln and Ford products. They are attentive to what you are looking for and are willing to negotiate a deal that both sides can agree to. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is ads, they bombard you with ads for vehicles. I just bought a new car, I don't need ads to buy a new car. I had one the next day. Last time it was so bad I had to put them on the block sender list.
When I had a problem with the backup camera, the service advisor told me it was under warranty. He then had checked and had to order the part. After the part arrived I brought the car back and the camera was replaced. Kevin is a great service advisor.
Ive been taking my Continental to Future Ford for about two years, and while there have been problems, they always get it resolved. They are friendly, prompt, courteous and always ensure I am satisfied and happy.

I have taken my car here for service since it was new. The service department has always been stellar. I just visited them for a 90,000-mile inspection. I spent $558.00 on the inspection. One of the items was a car wash. I don't expect hand detailing, but when I received my car, it had not been washed. This is a small thing, but I now wonder what other shortcuts the service department may have taken, either large or small.
Airbag test identified seatbelt problem, parts are probably hard to get for a discontinued 2006 Mercury GM model. At the end everything appears to be in working order.

This is my second purchase with this dealership. A year ago I purchased a Lincoln SUV and was satisfied the experience. When my business needed a work van I contacted the dealership and they assisted me to purchase the van which they delivered to my door.
The Service Rep Michael Pedro and the front office Linda Glennon have provided excellent Five Star Service.. I always bring my vehicles to Future Ford and also purchased my 2016 Ford F150 and Future.

Took my truck in for routine maintenance. The dealer informed me that my front brakes were worn pretty bad. They replaced them as well as putting two new tires on the front. Truck runs great!
Excellent service from booking my appointment to completion of the work. They kept me appraised of items and costs ahead of the billing for approval. They even found that annoying squeak in the back seat that was driving me crazy. I travel a long way for great service like this.

Tim and staff are always helpful, caring and very professional. Tim was able to answer all questions asked. I was impressed by the nice lady at the front desk who ordered a Lift transportation for me and the driver missed an exit and took as longer than estimated time, she called me to see if I was fine and everything was ok. My experience was awful. I was told my car would be only kept for 3 days and They ended up taking a week... they charged me $440 and said they had solved the problem but in reality They didn’t do anything.. Because as I got in the freeway the problem was still there.

Not impressed, sticker price was 24k, after signing everything, the price was 34k. Added things I didn’t want and never told me I was buying added on things when I was asked to sign. How does a car cost 10k over the sticker price when you buy as is?? Avoid this place. Scam!!!
Maintenance my first time since buying my Fusion at this location in Concord Tim was great in asking if I had any issues and addressed them. A failed part in my engine caused a lot of damager. This dealership restored my engine to working order. It runs better now than before my engine was damaged. Although a little pricey, it was well worth the money spent to return my truck to an operational status. Also Thank you Mike, your the best service rep I've ever met.

Services were ok. But they failed to wash car and windshield was so dirty could barely see out of it. Price was over $1000 the least they could have done was wash it.
I always get my car back dirtier than when I brought it in. This is a $60,000 car and the service should be better. I texted to get my car ready that I was coming in, and they still didn’t have it ready.
The employees I dealt with were very good and were able to track down the exact car I was looking for from another dealership. Khalid, Abdul, Fabian and Solomon went above and beyond. I love the car so far and is exactly the color and features I wanted.

I hate to write this review because Mike at Ford service is a really nice guy and very accommodating. I took my car in for a recall part while I was there I wanted the rear windshield wiper changed because when they sold me the car it was too big and I didn’t check to see if it was the right size. Customer service is excellent. My only complaint this last time was that the mechanic left oily fingerprints on my visor. Don talked to the service area to inform them of my issue.

I went in because I kept hearing my engine kept coming back on. Paid $175.00 for useless software removal. It happened again and this time my neighbor heard it and told me it was just the fan coming back on to cool the engine. Never going back!
I had my car brought in to fix the brakes. There were some hiccups before it finally got fixed (thus minus 1 star), but what really impressed me was the excellent customer service, especially from Brad, the Service Manager, to go the extra mile for the customer. Michael kept me well informed of how things were going. They both definitely have worked hard to earn my future business.
Future Ford and Lincoln of Concord California is the best place to service your vehicle. Their service writers are best in everything. Technicians are best of the best. Pick up and delivery is perfect with the porter very courteous.
The dealership had the van I was interested in on the lot. I was greeted by Ali who helped me with all my questions and a check of the vehicle, After a test drive (I was very impressed) we quickly took care of the sale and he even delivered it to my home. Overall, just a very pleasant experience.

We went to two other Ford dealerships before going to Future Ford. We spent a couple of hours in each prior visit, not finding the car we wanted. At Future Ford, Omed took us to the car we wanted right away, and we were test-driving within 10-min of our arrival. We bought this car.
Having bought a number of (new) vehicles in the past decade, I generally know what to expect: pressure. Jimmy & the Gang actually created a very relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm used to fighting over every little thing, but not this time. They let us have pretty much full reign over the cars we wanted to test drive, and it was an easy choice. Outstanding customer service. Took my car in for a brake light replacement and also to have the rear seat safety belt dislodged from under the backseat. In and out in 45 minutes!
Short version of a long story. The floor manager asked what it would take for me to walk away with a new expedition. I told him exactly what it would take, and he made it happen.
The staff, from the individual who scheduled our appointment to the individual who completed the intake information, were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. We are very appreciative of their excellent service.
Everything went very well. My car was picked up right on time and the loaner car was very nice. The drivers, the service staff, the shiny clean condition of the car when returned were excellent. Thank you all!
